VisaHQ – Launch pitch at The Phocuswright Conference 2023

VisaHQ had its start more than two decades ago to provide online visa and passport application solutions. And while it is an established brand, VisaHQ founder Oleg Naydonov shared that his company is now looking to scale.

“VisaHQ has been erasing borders for millions of clients worldwide,” he said while pitching during the Launch competition at The Phocuswright Conference 2023. “In the next two years, we are ready to scale it to billions using our [artificial intelligence] technology.”

The company began working on its AI more than a half decade ago, filing for a patent in 2016.

“Despite being a technology-first company our focus has always been on people,” Naydonov said. “We see a person traveling from point A to point B and our objective is to make that line as straight as possible.”

VisaHQ, he said, optimizes the user experience with the human in mind. And machine learning has only made that easier – after all, Naydonov said, “if you can’t measure it [experience], you can’t improve it.”

By implementing large language models, VisaHQ went from a 35% to 85% automation level last year – freeing up time for its client services team.
