Operto Guest Technologies has acquired Dack, a specialist in guest experience technology for vacation rentals and boutique hotels.
The acquisition is Operto’s third since 2021 and terms of the deal for Los Angeles-based Dack have not been disclosed.
Operto acquired United States-based VRScheduler, which provides booking and distribution technology, in 2021 followed by Spain-based STAYmyway, a digital access specialist, in late 2022.
“This move is more than an acquisition – it’s a unification of two trailblazers, both dedicated to redefining the guest experience through seamless, innovative solutions,” Steve Davis, CEO of Operto, said of the Dack acquisition.

Operto announced Series B funding of $25 million in March 2023 after raising $12 million in Series A in early 2022.
