Last week the trade team for TUI UK, Marella Cruises and Crystal Ski Holidays visited the Hays Travel head office for a full day of interactive training, brand experiences and prize giving with the teams there.

Andrew Isherwood, Head of Trade Relations, TUI UK and Ireland , said: “Wow, what day! It was fantastic to meet with the team at Hays Travel and share more about what makes the TUI product so unique. We enjoyed an après ski staple Poutine for lunch and gave away prizes. It was great to see Hays Travel colleagues engaged with our team and products to further support them in selling TUI to their customers.”

Jonathon Woodall-Johnston, Chief Operating Officer, Hays Travel, said: “It was a pleasure to welcome our valued TUI, Marella and Crystal Ski Holidays partners to head office. Days like this are an excellent opportunity for our customer-facing colleagues and teams from across the business to deepen their understanding of our suppliers and learn about their latest product updates. TUI, Marella Cruises and Crystal Ski arranged a brilliant and educational day that our colleagues have loved being part of.”

The day included:

  • Training for all three products for Hays staff (head office, Retail, and Homeworkers)
  • Pop up photo booth for teams to have pictures in various locations around the world – with prizes for the best photo
  • Interactive games and small prizes to be won
  • 400 brand colour iced donuts delivered to the office for an afternoon treat
  • A Facebook live event on the Hays Travel Facebook page to announce the winner, with prizes including holiday vouchers, prosecco, team night out and a taster indoor ski session
