The startup said its solution helps hotels to streamline
operations, reduce costs, improve the guest experience and compete with much
larger competitors.
Within its system, Traversing.ai provides tools for digital
marketing and advertising, content management, revenue optimization, channel
management, guest communications, central reservations and multiple payment
options, all integrated with the property management system.
In a presentation as part of the Launch
competition at The
Phocuswright Conference in November in Phoenix, Blaire McCoy,
co-founder and chief revenue officer at Traversing.ai explained that clients
have seen a 3x increase in direct bookings and a 50% reduction in their
operating expenses.
