Spotnana adds travel management for meetings and events

In response to the growing need for companies to host meetings and
events to engage employees who are working fully remote or in a hybrid
capacity, travel management company and corporate travel technology provider
Spotnana is adding a solution to handle bookings for in-person gatherings.

Spotnana Events enables companies to create an event for up to 10,000 people and then invite
employees and their guests to book and manage their own travel for the
experience.

“It’s
clear that meeting and event travel is essential, but it’s incredibly
complicated to plan a gathering for attendees based in multiple regions and
offices,” said Sarosh Waghmar, Spotnana founder and CEO.

Using Spotnana Events, employees and their guests get access to
self-service tools for bookings and cancellations, policy management guidelines
and global content, including new distribution capability (NDC) integrations with Spotnana’s airline
partners.

“Spotnana Events represents the next step in our journey to modernize the
infrastructure of the travel industry and power a new generation of experiences
for corporate and leisure travelers around the world,” Waghmar said.

Spotnana Events is available to companies as an add-on or stand-alone product through Spotnana and its channel partners.
