Saj Hotels Ltd. has announced their foray into the QSR segment with ‘Daily Dosa’

The first outlet is located in Andheri West, Mumbai. The kitchen is helmed by Chef Arjun Madhavji, who has been with Taj, Mahe at Goa etc. The eatery aims to redefine the beloved Indian dish, dosa, with its flavourful spins and elevate the dining experience.

With the launch of Daily Dosa, we aim to offer this with never before tried pairings, toppings and accompaniments. At the helm of Daily Dosa is Chef Arjun Madhavji, culinary expert with a rich background in fine dining. Chef Madhavji brings a wealth of experience and creativity to the menu. His vision for Daily Dosa is to elevate this classic comfort food and reimagine this beyond traditional boundaries. Timbadia elaborated on their vision, “We see dosa as a perfect getaway to a world of exciting flavour combinations. Why stick to just chutney and sambar when you can pair your dosa with traditional Tambda Rassa, Ghee Roast, or Baby Corn Koliwada!”
