Royal Orchid Hotels Limited, a leading hospitality brand, has signed a Lease agreement with MASA Hotels Pvt. Ltd for their upcoming 300 Rooms – 5-star hotel in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

This property comes follow after ROHL recently announced the opening of 288 Keys upcoming 5-star hotel in Surat, Gujarat last week. Both new properties will be part of the soon-to-be announced new upscale brand under ROHL Ownership.

The 300-key 5-star property opening in late 2024 is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the terminal front door! This property spans over 12 floors and features a banquet ballroom, meeting floor, grand lobby bar, and 24-hour interactive food options. Additionally, on the 11th level, there is a business lounge catering to club and airport travelers, as well as amenities such as a spa, gym, wellness facilities, and a rooftop infinity pool and bar.
