I’m excited to share about the opening of the No1 Lounge at Heathrow Terminal 2 because I’ve been testing out the company’s other lounges over the past month.
From the beautiful Club Aspire in T5 to the No1 Lounge at Heathrow Terminal 3, I’ve enjoyed pre-flight food, drinks, and connectivity a number of times. The experiences have been positive, and I’ve been anticipating the launch of the new lounge in T2.
The Lounge
One of the reasons I’m so excited about the new lounge in Terminal 2 is that it has the best of all worlds.
Let’s start with aesthetics. The 90-seat space blends design with functionality. From elegant paneling to dramatic lighting, curated art, and lush greenery, there’s a lot to love about it stylistically.
There are plenty of separate areas to enjoy, too. Whether you’re in the mood for the quiet library, one of the two TV lounges, the relaxed central lounge, the communal bistro, the sophisticated bar lounge, or the two discreet nooks, there’s somewhere you’ll feel comfortable.
Next comes atmosphere. The lounge is designed to be both calm and sophisticated. It offers a welcoming space to relax before a flight, striking a balance between stylish comfort and a sense of quiet.
The Amenities
In addition to the range of spaces you can enjoy, the lounge offers all the amenities. From free and unlimited Wi-Fi to charging points, flight information screens, private rooms, meeting spaces, and in-lounge restrooms, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable experience.
Food & Drinks
So what about the food and drinks? The No1 Lounge at Heathrow Terminal 2 offers a range of complimentary food and beverages.
It has a seasonal grazing menu with a selection of premium British-sourced products, including an array of freshly baked pastries, wraps, and salads. There’s also a variety of snacks. It’s all served buffet-style.
There’s also a fully-tended bar that serves an extensive range of complimentary drinks. These include beers, wines, bubbles, and premium spirits.
The No1 Signature Spritz cocktail is debuting exclusively at this location, and it adds a refreshing touch to a lounge experience.
Location
The No1 Lounge at Heathrow Terminal 2 is located near Gate A18. After passing security and walking through Duty Free, you can follow signs to the gate.
You’ll find a set of elevators adjacent to it, and you can take one to the lower ground level to get to the lounge.
Access
The lounge is open to all travelers from 5am to 9pm daily. You can book directly on the website, no1lounges.com. The lounges are popular, so pre-booking is advised. Make sure to secure your space early.
The lounge accepts walk-ins subject to availability on the day. It also accepts entry via the cardholder schemes Priority Pass and Lounge Key. Entry is subject to availability upon arrival, but a space can be reserved in advance for a small fee via the website.
