Justt is a solution that automatically gathers evidence, submits
disputes and claims back lost revenue on behalf of travel merchants.
The company is focused on a data-driven approach that
uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to continually improve its recovery
rate.

the company during the Launch competition at Phocuswright Europe 2023.
He explained how the traditional, manual process
of submitting chargeback documentation can be difficult and time-consuming for
merchants.
“What we’ve seen is many merchants
leave much of this money on the table,” he said.
Justt is integrated with major
payment service providers such as Adyen and Stripe, so its system can pull
chargeback information directly from them, combine that with data from third-party
solutions as well as the merchant itself, and then submit it automatically.
Founded in 2020, Justt is based in Israel.
