In 2026, we’re scaling Xsite into a true SaaS platform. Xsite’s content studio will make it easy for anyone to create captivating (and accurate!) self-guided experiences—anytime, anywhere. We’re focused on expanding globally, establishing partnerships with national cultural organizations and associations and building a strong reseller network. Our vision is to make magical visitor experiences accessible not just for flagship institutions, but for the thousands of small and mid-sized sites that struggle to keep up. We believe that every site has a story to tell.
Lessons learned since founding
One of the biggest lessons we’ve learned is that great technology alone isn’t enough. Real insight comes from collaboration, and we’ve been working closely with leading museums and cultural partners to understand their unique stories, challenges and audiences. That process led us to build a modular engine where AI and multimedia serve the story, not the other way around. Technologies evolve, but storytelling and authenticity never go out of style. That’s where the real magic happens.
