Below, we asked SkyLink to share strategic goals for 2026 and what’s been learned since founding.
Strategic goals for 2026
In 2026, SkyLink’s focus is on scaling our AI-driven travel assistant into the most intuitive platform for corporate travel professionals worldwide. We’re committed to making booking, policy compliance and duty of care seamless by bringing the entire travel journey directly into the tools employees already use every day, like Slack and Microsoft Teams. Our goal is to eliminate the friction that has long defined corporate travel, while giving finance and procurement leaders the transparency, control and savings they need.
We’ll also continue to expand globally, deepen integrations with airlines, hotels and ground partners and invest heavily in secure, enterprise-grade AI. By 2026, SkyLink will not only help companies save on travel spend but also empower travelers to make smarter, more sustainable choices—delivering measurable value across the organization.
Lessons learned since founding
Since founding SkyLink in 2021, one of the biggest lessons we’ve learned is that corporate travel is as much about people as it is about technology. While AI and automation can radically improve efficiency, what truly drives adoption is empathy for the traveler and alignment with the needs of finance and procurement teams. Building with that human-first perspective has shaped how we design every feature.
We’ve also learned the importance of focus and agility. Early on, we had to resist the temptation to solve every adjacent problem and instead concentrate on making the core booking and management experience effortless. Listening closely to our customers and iterating quickly has been the key to growth, and it’s a discipline we plan to carry forward as we scale.
