Below, we asked founder and CEO Dinesh Kaku to share his thoughts on next year’s goals and what he has learned since founding Dazhboards.
Strategic goals for 2026
In 2026, our focus is on scaling Dazhboards globally across Australia, New Zealand and the U.S. while deepening integrations with leading booking systems and financial platforms. We are also investing heavily in AI-powered dynamic pricing, voice automation and sustainability reporting to ensure operators not only run more efficiently but also future-proof their businesses in a rapidly evolving travel landscape.
Lessons learned since founding
One of our biggest lessons has been the importance of simplicity in product design. Tour operators are incredibly busy, and they need solutions that just work out of the box. We’ve also learned the value of deep industry partnerships; collaborating closely with operators, resellers and tourism bodies has been critical in shaping Dazhboards into a platform that solves real problems rather than creating new ones.
