GetJet Aviation Holdings has rebranded as GetJet Group to support its ambitious 2026 Growth Strategy, which includes expanding its fleet and creating 200 new jobs. The Lithuanian-based international aviation services group aims to streamline operations and enhance its global presence by integrating its various entities under the unified GetJet brand. CEO Darius Viltrakis stated, “We are simplifying our structure to operate more efficiently, whilst our main brand, GetJet, remains and becomes even more visible.”

The rebranding aligns with GetJet Group’s plans to expand its fleet in the first half of 2026, with the acquisition of five additional aeroplanes to meet growing client demand. The group is also strengthening its capital base, with discussions at an advanced stage to support its asset management activities. A formal announcement regarding funding is expected next month.

In addition to fleet expansion, GetJet Group is enhancing its Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) capacity by managing two MRO hangars in Lithuania. The group is actively hiring technicians for its facility in Šiauliai and plans to break ground on a new facility at Vilnius International Airport in Q4. Viltrakis emphasised the focus on technical independence to maintain GetJet’s agility as an ACMI provider.

The group’s growth strategy also includes transitioning GetJet Airlines Latvia into a Cabin Crew Training Organisation, consolidating flight operations under its Lithuanian and Maltese Air Operator Certificates. This move aims to attract skilled aviation professionals affected by recent market changes in Latvia.
