Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. The event saw over 250 elite athletes from more than 30 countries compete in world-class indoor skydiving, marking the first time athletes from the United Arab Emirates participated alongside global competitors.
Hosted in collaboration with the Emirates Aerosports Federation and EASA, the championships featured five events showcasing exceptional speed, precision, and teamwork.
The Russian team triumphed in the 3rd International Skydiving 16-Way Double Event for Indoor Formation Skydiving, whilst “Tanay” from Russia claimed victory in the 2nd International Indoor Skydiving 8-Way Event.
The Aerial Indoor Racing World Championships 2026 delivered high-speed excitement, with Sebastian Garcia from Mexico winning the Pursuit title.
The Relay champions were Landon Karaberis and James Rogers from the USA, and Garcia also secured the overall Race crown for the USA.

Two new events
Two new disciplines debuted at EEIPC 2026, and the “SIBERRIES” from Russia won the inaugural International Indoor Skydiving 4-Way Battle Event, an all-female head-to-head format.
The USA team excelled in the International Vertical Sequentials 8-Way, earning the world champion title with flawless routines.
The event further reinforced Abu Dhabi’s status as a premier destination for global sporting events, with participants from countries including Australia, Brazil, China, and Germany.
