Discova appoints Nicoline Dolman as Regional Contracting Leader 


Based in Bali and originally from the Netherlands, Nicoline is an incredible addition to the multicultural Discova team, bringing in a wealth of experience and knowledge from working in the hospitality and travel industry for well over a decade.  

Starting July 1, Nicoline Dolman has been working at both a commercial and operational level, leading the contracting team in Asia to deliver a market product range for the region that drives business growth.

Peter Christiansen, Director of Operations at Discova, feels that Nicoline’s diverse background and unique perspective are invaluable assets to the organisation as we navigate the ever-changing landscape of the travel industry.

He says: “Nicoline’s expertise in the hotel and agency sectors will allow us to approach problems from multiple angles, develop creative solutions, and ultimately enhance the level of service we provide. Nicoline, who has lived in Indonesia, for over 20 years also holds a deep and unwavering passion for travelling around Southeast Asia.
