Digital tipping solution Grazzy adds IHG to portfolio of brand partners


Digital
tipping solution Grazzy has added IHG Hotels & Resorts to its list of major
chains where it is an approved partner. 

Founded in 2021, Austin, Texas-based
Grazzy, a PhocusWire Hot 25 Travel Startup for 2024, already works with
properties that are part of Hyatt, Hilton and Marriott through operators
including Hotel Equities, Crestline Hotels and Dimension Hospitality.

Grazzy’s
solution enables hotel guests to tip without cash and without requiring an app
download or account setup but instead using a QR code or kiosk. Payments can be made with credit cards, Apple Pay or
Google Pay or be charged to the room.

Guests can also
leave feedback that can be connected to travel review websites. And for
hotel staff, Grazzy Direct provides same-day digital payout options.

The solution
can be integrated with existing property management systems and can be
operational within 30 days.

stage is set for digital tipping to become commonplace in 2024,” said Russ
