Club Med, the premium holiday operator renowned for pioneering the all-inclusive holiday concept, has unveiled its updated CMTA platform – a platform dedicated specifically for travel agents. The portal is a useful resource for travel agents seeking commercial information and booking details, and now provides an enhanced experience through its new design and user-friendly interface.
The new premium design is part of Club Med’s upscale move to improve the overall view of travel agent’s businesses, by creating a faster and more stable platform that promises more than a 50% increase in application performance. New features of the travel agent portal include a simplified booking process, with quick price estimations and a smoother way of making proposals, as well as a new navigation section for the booking engine. This renewed booking engine now features additional functionalities such as cross comparison of multiple proposals, including comparing resorts and room categories. The platform also has the benefit of being mobile-friendly for easy booking access on the move.
