The Mount Taishan Tianping Lake Tourist Centre formally opened in the city of Tai’an in China’s Shandong Province.
Just a ten-minute drive from Tai’an’s high-speed railway station and five minutes from the Tai’an North Exit, travellers can easily make their way to the Centre. Likewise, those who drive in can avail of free parking.
Making the most of opportunities
The new centre is seen as a way by which Tai’an made the most of its cultural and tourism resources.
The city actively implements its strategy of integrating culture and tourism, making the most of its opportunities, and banking on the momentum to achieve significant development in the local travel sector.
As of the first half of 2024, the number of visitors to Mount Taishan Mountain already hit four million, close to the total number of visitors seen back in 2019 prior to the pandemic.
Better convenience for tourists
A sense of order is the first thing travellers will notice on arrival at the centre. From ticketing to inquiries for information, staff are trained to make things easier for guests, ensuring a more memorable experience.
Likewise, the new Taishan Express Train is a model of tidiness, equipped with spacious and comfortable seats to ensure that travellers have a safe and pleasurable journey.
