AI trip planner Mindtrip adds B2B solution

Artificial intelligence trip planning platform Mindtrip, a PhocusWire Hot 25 Travel Startup for 2025, has launched a B2B solution.

“With Mindtrip for Business, we are able to empower businesses to take their expertise and give consumers a whole new way to act upon it, all in one place,” said Andy Moss, CEO of Mindtrip. “We are very bullish on the impact of Mindtrip for Business and believe it has the power to transform the industry as we know it.”

The new solution is launching with capabilities for tourism boards and destination marketing organizations, following pilots with Visit Costa Rica, The Outer Banks, Visit Ulster County and more. The company said it is intended to combat what Moss called an “hourglass” issue facing the industry.

“There is a ton of content created to drive inspiration, but it soon becomes a bottleneck as consumers enter the planning and booking stages, leaving them to fend for themselves,” Moss said.

Mindtrip for Business offers businesses a new way to use their inspirational travel content on their websites or across social media channels to turn those assets into actionable, personalized itineraries.

The company said its seven million interest points inform the large language model’s ability to share information with details that “only locals would know” and it eliminates outdated or irrelevant information.

“The ability to harness interest in our stunning landscapes, vibrant culture, and the pura vida spirit, and transform it into a journey curated for each traveler, is game changing,” said Carolina Trejos, marketing director for the Costa Rica Tourism Board. “Meanwhile, managing it all in one platform is invaluable to the end user.

Mindtrip launched earlier this year. Last month, the company received funding from Amex Ventures and launched a receipts function and in September it secured $12 million in seed funding.
