Airline ticket wholesaler Aerticket has acquired flight consolidator Servivuelo for an undisclosed sum.
Madrid-based Servivuelo, which was founded in 2003, provides booking technology and airfares to about 11,500 travel agencies, a release said.
The deal gives Aerticket Group a stronger presence in Spain where it already has a foothold through its Majorca-based subsidiary Aerticket S.L.U. established in 2010.

“Servivuelo is an enrichment for the Aerticket Group,” said Holger Taubmann, chief operating officer of Aerticket. “We are relying above all on the valuable, long-standing experience of the management team around the future managing directors (sales and operations) Elver Villamizar and Oscar Martín, who is responsible for the commercial area, as well as on that of the entire staff, which we are taking over completely. The well-established brand ’Servivuelo’ in Spain will of course remain. Servivuelo is strong on the routes to South America, especially to Bolivia, but also to Brazil, Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru and the Dominican Republic. Aerticket agencies will now also benefit from this expertise and content.”
“Joining a large international consolidator group like Aerticket brings great development opportunities for Servivuelo as well as for its employees and customers,” said Jorge Zamora, founder and outgoing CEO of Servivuelo.
Aerticket has made a number of acquisitions in recent years including its 2024 acquisition of Scandinavian consolidator Inca Tickets and its 2022 acquisition of Belgian consolidator Skyways.
